Hindi lahat ng nakatanggap ng first wave ng SAP, makatatanggap ng second wave?

NAGBABALA si Cagayan de Oro Rep. Rufus Rodriguez sa mga nagpapatupad ng social amelioration program na makasuhan kung hindi bibigyan ng second wave ng tulong pinansyal ang mga nabigyan ng first wave.

Ayon kay Rodriguez malinaw na nakasulat sa Bayanihan to Heal as One Law (Republic Act No. 11469) na ang ibibigay na P5,000-P8,000 ayuda sa 18 milyong pamilya ay para sa loob ng dalawang buwan.

Inirekomenda umano ng Department of Social Welfare and Development sa Inter-Agency Task Force for Emerging Infectious Disease na ang bigyan na lamang ng second wave ay ang mga pamilya na nasa lugar na nasa ilalim ng Enhanced Community Quarantine at General Community Quarantine.

Sinabi ni Rodriguez na nangangahulugan na mayroong mga nakatanggap ng first tranche pero hindi na makatatanggap ng second tranche.

“Among those who will not get aid are about 8,000 families who are my constituents in the second district of Cagayan de Oro City. We cannot stop them and other affected families from going to court to challenge the IATF decision,” ani Rodriguez.

Umabot sa P100 bilyon ang ipinamigay na pondo sa ilalim ng SAP para sa unang tranche.
