Pagproseso ng building permit sa QC may ‘new normal’

BINAGO ng Quezon City Department of Building Official (DBO) ang proseso sa pagkuha ng building permit bilang bahagi ng ‘new normal’ upang maiwasan ang pagkalat ng coronavirus disease 2019.

Ayon kay Mayor Joy Belmonte ang DBO ay gagamit ng online application at appointment system para sa permit applications at pagproseso nito upang malimitahan ang face-to-face contact.

“The innovation is intended to limit the number of people visiting the DBO for the physical submission of building plans and other pertinent documents,” ani Belmonte sa isang pahayag.

Ayon kay DBO head Atty. Dale Perral maaaring maghain ng permit application at appointment sa pamamagitan ng dbo-af.quezoncity.gov.ph

Ang mga dokumento at plano na dadalhin sa city hall ay sasailalim naman sa disinfection procedures sa pamamagitan ng Germicidal Ultraviolet (UV) Light o UV-C spectrum.

“No document shall be received without undergoing the said disinfection procedure,” ani Perral.

Itinayo rin ng DBO ang Centralized Communications Unit (CCU) na siyang tutugon sa mga reklamo at tanong ng publiko sa pamamagitan ng email sa [email protected]

Maaari rin kumuha ng Locational Clearance at Fire Clearance/Certificates ng hindi pumupunta ang aplikante sa city hall.

“Applicants can now directly visit the Department of Building Official via online appointment schedule and submit all necessary documents. The DBO will the transmit the applications to the concerned Offices, thereby saving them at least four separate visits to the Quezon City Hall,” dagdag pa ni Perral.
