ITINALAGA ni Pangulong Duterte si Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 10 Director Wilkins Villanueva bilang bagong Director General ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency kapalit ni outgoing PDEA chief Aaron Aquino.
Kinumpirma ni Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea ang pagkakahirang kay Villanueva.
“Pursuant to the provisions of existing laws, you are hereby appointed Director General, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, vice Aaron N. Aquino,” ayon sa appointment paper ni Villanueva.
Pinirmahan ni Duterte ang appointment paper ni Villanueva noong Mayo 22, 2020.
