POSIBLENG maging mahinang bagyo ang binabantayang low pressure area ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
Sa inilabas na weather advisory ng PAGASA, sinabi nito na maaaring maging bagyo ang LPA sa loob ng 48 oras.
Kaninang alas-11 ng umaga ang LPA ay nasa layong 635 kilometro sa silangan ng Davao City.
Tatawagin itong Ambo, ang unang bagyo ng 2020.
Inaasahan na magdadala ito ng mga pag-ulan sa Caraga, Davao at Soccsksargen regions kaya binabalaan ang mga residente ng mga lugar na madaling bahain.
