Suspensyon ng klase sa MM para sa SEA Games pag-aaralan-Palasyo
SINABI ng Palasyo na hinihintay pa ng Malacanang ang paliwanag ng Department of Interior and Loc Government (DILG) sa harap naman ng pagpabor nito na isuspinde ang klase sa Metro Manila para bigyang daan ang Southeast Asian (SEA) Games.
“Eh siguro they have studied that. If they are proposing that, there must be some good reasons for that,” sabi ni Presidential Spokesperson at Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo.
Idinagdag ni Panelo na hihintayin muna ng Palasyo ang rekomendasyon hinggil sa suspensyon ng klase sa buong National Capital Region (NCR).
“We’ll have to know the reasons why – the whys and the wherefores. Ano buong SEA Games?” ayon pa kay Panelo.
Nauna nang sinuportahan ng DILG ang panawagan na magdeklara ng walang pasok sa Kalakhang Maynila nang maibsan ang inaasahang trapik sa pagdaraos ng SEA Games.
“I don’t know how many will be using the streets of Manila for that purpose. Hindi natin alam. They have to explain to us why,” ayon pa kay Panelo.
