INALIS na ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Maynila ang closure order laban sa Isetann Mall sa Recto, Maynila matapos makakuha ang pamunuan nito ng mga kinakailangang permit at nagbayad ng kaukulang buwis.
Sa isang pahayag mula sa Manila Public Information (PIO) Office, sinabi nito na nakakuha na ang Isetann Mall ng mga permit para sa “lease space and operate all of its cinemas.”
Idinagdag pa nito na nagbayad ang pamunuan ng Isetann ng P2 milyon buwis matapos na mag-aplay ng tax amnesty program.
Sinabi ni Manila Bureau of Permits chief Levi Facundo na inirekomenda na niya kay Manila Mayor Isko Moreno ang pag-aalis ng closure order laban sa Isetann.
“Upon coordination with this Office and submission of requirements, this is to confirm that you have substantially complied with the deficiencies/ violatons noted in the Closure Order in relation to the operation of your business,” sabi ng order.
Ipinasara ni Moreno ang Isetann noong Miyerkules.
