KUNG mayroong pagkain na puwedeng pampapayat meron din namang mga nakatataba na puwede mong kainin.

Yun nga lang dapat mong limitahan ang pagkain sa mga ito (o totally wag kumain nito) para mapanatiling healthy ang iyong katawan.

1. Pritong pagkain o fried food dahil mataas ang mga ito sa taba at mantika.

2. Donuts at pastries dahil mataas ang mga ito sa calories at asukal.

3. Candy, chocolate at cake dahil mataas din ang mga ito sa asukal at calories.

4. Matatamis na fruit juices at soft drinks dahil mataas ang asukal nito.

5. Potato chips at French fries dahil inilubog ang mga ito sa mantika at maraming asin.

6. Bacon, hotdog at sausage dahil mataba ang mga ito at may halong preservatives.

7. Hamburger dahil mataas ang taba ng mga ito bukod sa dami ng asin.
