Si dating Mayor Francisco Maceren Langi Sr. ay unang sinampahan ng kasong graft kaugnay ng iregularidad umano sa mga reimbursement nito sa gastos sa Agricultural Productivity Development Program na may kabuuang halagang P282,315.40.
Pumasok sa plea bargaining agreement si Langi at pumayag na maghain ng guilty plea sa kasong paglabag sa Government Auditing Code.
Upon being re-arraigned under the same information, accused Langi Sr., through counsel, informed the court that he is waiving the reading of the information, that he understands the nature and cause of the charge against him, and that he is pleading guilty to the lesser offense,” saad ng desisyon.
