ARESTADO ang 60 katao na sangkot sa vote-buying sa Makati, ayon kay Metro Manila police chief Guillermo Eleazar.
Sinabi ni Eleazar na kabilang ang mga opisyal ng barangay sa mga naaresto isinagawang operasyon ng mga pulis.
Idinagdag ni Eleazar na kabilang sa mga naaresto ay walong bumibili ng boto at 52 na namimili ng boto.
“What was alarming from the said operation was that the 60 individuals arrested for vote-buying came only from one barangay — Barangay Isidro,” sabi ni Eleazar. Inquirer.ne
