ENRICO ROQUE AT PHILIP SALVADOR

They were best of friends, sanggang-dikit, ‘ika nga. But their friendship took a new turn when Phillip sided with Enrico’s political rival.

Phillip, in a campaign sortie, reportedly endorsed Enrico’s kalaban sa politika.

Enrico was not enraged, only hurt. Kapatid kasi ang turing niya kay Phillip. He was his idol, his inspiration but he felt the friendship, the only ties the bond them, has been reneged.

Paano ba naging magkaibigan sina Enrico at Phillip? We were told that years ago, Phillip got embroiled in a court case.

Phillip was in dire straits then. He needed P200,000 to post bail. And to solve his problem, lumapit si ‘Nay Cristy Fermin kay Enrico na kanyang anak-anakan.

All he did was to go to Rembrant Hotel and there, he met Phillip.

As they say, the rest is history.

Now, after years of being friends, Phillip has wittingly or unwittingly reneged their friendship. While he could always say no kay Bong Go, he didn’t.
