2 korte pumabor sa kaso ni Kris laban kay Falcis; maghaharap na

KRIS AQUINO AT NICKO FALCIS

PUMABOR kay Kris Aquino ang Quezon City at San Juan City court para sa kasong qualified theft na kanyang isinampa laban sa dating business associate sa KCA Productions na si Nicardo Falcis III.

Nitong Biyernes nang hapon ay natanggap ng kampo ni Kris ang subpoena galing post office na ipinadala ng Office of the Prosecutor sa Quezon City na pirmado ni Assitant City Prosecutor Charisma Reyda Manauis.

Sa nasabing dokumento ay parehong pinadalhan sina Kris at Nicko para sa susunod nilang hearing sa Marso 21, 10:30 a.m. para sa nasabing kaso.

Nakasaad sa subpoena na, “NO MOTION TO DISMISS will be entertained. Only counter affidavits will be admitted.”

Hindi naman nagkakalayo ang nilalaman ng dokumento na nanggaling ng Office of the Prosecutor San Juan City na pirmado ni Senior Assistant City Prosecutor Ma. Dinna J. Paulino na ang hearing naman ay sa Marso 20. Lack of merit ang nakasulat sa isinumiteng affidavit ng respondent na si Nicko Falcis.

Matatandaang sa pitong siyudad sa Metro Manila naghain ng reklamo si Kris. Kamakailan ay pumabor kay Nicko ang Pasig at Makati City court. Tatlong siyudad pa ang walang desisyon sa kaso, ang Taguig, Mandaluyong at Manila City.
