ITINALAGA ni Pangulong Duterte si Court of Appeals (CA) Associate Justice Ramon Paul Hernando bilang bagong Associate Justice ng Korte Suprema.

Nagsilbi si Hernando bilang Presiding Judge ng Quezon City (QC) RTC Branch 93. Naging Presiding Judge rin siya sa RTC ng San Pablo, Laguna.

Bukod kay Hernando, itinalaga rin ni Duterte sina Evalyn Arellano-Morales at Loida Posadas-Kahulugan bilang bagong Associate Justice ng CA.
