Joem, Tony maraming pasabog sa sports erotic film na ‘Double Twisting, Double Back’

SIGURADONG magiging kontrobersyal ang pelikulang “Double Twisting, Double Back” ni Direk Joseph Abello sa pagbubukas ng Cinema One Originals Festival 2018. Ito’y pagbibidahan nina Tony Labrusca at Joem Bascon.

Sa trailer pa lang ng movie ay na-curious na ang mga members ng media na um-attend sa presscon ng 2018 Cinema One Originals.

“It’s a sports erotic film, kasi ‘yun nga, isa sa kanila ang may mental health disorder,” sey ni Joem nang makachikahan namin after ng ginanap na mediacon. Ayon sa aktor, muli siyang napasabak sa maiinit na eksena rito.

“It’s a really daring film, daring siya in terms of physically, mentally, sama mo na pati spiritually dahil lahat kami nu’ng ginagawa namin ang buong pelikula, hirap na hirap kaming gawin ang mga eksena. Hindi lang sa mga routine and gymnastics kundi yung mga eksena din namin,” ani Joem.

“Happy ako na kino-consider nila ako to do risky and daring roles na ganito kasi habang tumatanda ka, hindi mo na naman pwede gawin ‘to. So ginagawa ko na ‘yung the most out of kung ano man ang offer sa akin,” chika pa ng binata.

Dagdag pa niya, “Kasi by 35-40 baka hindi ko na siya kayang gawin. Pero ngayon na pwede ko pa gawin, gagawin at gagawin ko pa din.”

Ang iba pang kalahok sa 2018 Cinema One Originals filmfest na may temang “I Am Original” ay ang “A Short History of a Few Bad Things” ni Keith Deligero; “Hospicio” ni Bobby Bonifacio; “Paglisan” ni Carl Papa; “Mamu And A Mother Too” ni Rod Singh; “Pang MMK” ni John Lapus; “Never Tear Us Apart” ni Whammy Alcazaren; “Asuang” ni Rayn Brizuela; at “Bagyong Bheverlyn” ni Charliebebs Gohetia.
Ang Cinema One Originals ay binuo sa pakikipagtulungan ng Film Development Council Of The Philppines. Abangan ang lahat ng mga kalahok simula Okt. 12 hanggang 21 sa TriNoma, Glorietta, Gateway, Santolan Town Plaza, at sa Powerplant; sa Cinelokal theaters—SM North Edsa, SM Megamall, SM Manila, at SM Sta. Mesa, at sa alternative cinemas—FDCP Cinematheque Manila, Up Cine Adarna, Cinema ’76, Black Maria Theater at Cinema Centenario.

Mabibili ang ticket sa halagang P200 bawat isa para sa major at alternative cinemas, at sa halagang P150 naman para sa mga estudyante at sa SM CineLokal theaters.
