ARESTADO ang cosmetic surgeon na si Joel Mendez matapos akusahan ng rape at magtago ng dalawang taon.

Nahuli si Mendez ng Mandaluyong City Police Huwebes ng gabi, ayon sa Eastern Police District.

Inakusahan si Mendez ng dalawang counts ng rape at attempted rape at nagpalabas ng warrant of arrest laban sa kanya noong 2016.

Kasalukuyang nakakulong si Mendez sa Mandaluyong Police Station.
