Niyanig ng lindol na may lakas na magnitude 3.8 ang Vigan city sa Ilocos Sur kaninang umaga.Ang lindol ay naramdaman alas-6:19 ng umaga, ayon sa Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology.Ang sentro nito ay 44 kilometro sa kanluran ng Vigan at may lalim na isang kilometro. Sanhi ito ng paggalaw ng tectonic plate sa lugar.
Nakapagtala ang instrumento ng Phivolcs ng Intensity I paggalaw sa Vigan City at bayan ng Sinait.
