Du30 bumanat na rin kay Sereno

BUMANAT na rin si Pangulong Duterte kay Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno sa harap naman ng akusasyon ng huli na siya ang nasa likod ng pagtatangkang mapatalsik siya sa puwesto.
“Alam mo ganito. Sinabi ko na kay Chief Justice Sereno, I’m not into the habit of maghabol ng kalaban. I have no history on that. Ikaw Sereno, sinabi ko na sa ‘yo hindi ako nakialam. If you are insisting, then count me in. Count me in and I will egg (Solicitor General Jose) Calida to do his best,” sabi ni Duterte sa isang press conference bago lumipad papuntang China.
Ito’y bilang sagot sa pahayag ni Sereno matapos niyang sabihan si Duterte na magpaliwanag kung bakit si Calida ang naghain ng quo warranto gayong nasa ilalim niya ito.
“Ako na mismo ang maglakad, kalaban sa’yo. Sinasabi ko na sa ‘yo na hindi ako nakkiialam. O sige ka diyan, daldal ng daldal, upakan kita. I will help any investigator. So, I’m putting you on notice that I’m your enemy and you have to be out of the Supreme Court,” ayon pa kay Duterte.

Nauna nang itinanggi ng Palasyo na nasa likod ang Malacanang sa pagnanais na mapaalis si Sereno sa kanyang puwesto.
“I will see to and after that I will request the Congress, go into the impeachment right away. Becaus e the two entities can hear it simultaneoulsy. They can proceed with the qou warranto. Ang quo warranto is the Supreme Court, impeachment is the Congress,” ayon pa kay Duterte.

Idinagdag ni Duterte na hihilingin niya kay Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez na pabilisin ang pagdinig ng impeachment laban kay Sereno.
” She is bad for the Philippines. Yung maetra na hindi naka-file ng statement of assets and liabilities, isang maestra na mahirap lng, tang ina, pinaalis ninyo. itong babe na ito, she earned money, attorney’s fees collected from the government ni singko centavos…why is the special treatment? Me? I’ll go to jail with her,” ayon pa kay Duterte.
Maging si Sen. Leila de Lima, na kasalukuyang nakakulong ngayon, ay nabanggit na rin ni Duterte

“Samahan ko sila, diyan ako sa gitna, de Lima dito pati siya. Kung wala na talagang iba e di… Putang ina e sinabi nang di ako nakikialam e. Sabihin mo sa kanya, let the world know. Talagang I will, makialam ako. Ako nagpapasensya lang ako, babae,” banta pa ni Duterte.
Nagbanta pa si Duterte na sapilitan niyang paaalisin sa puwesto si Sereno.

“Now this time, I’m asking the congressmen and the Spreaker, ‘Do it now. Wag ninyong dramahin. Or else, I will do it for you’. Ngayon makialam talaga ako. I am asking Congress, what’s taking you too long? Do not create any crisis in this country. I will not hesitate to do what is to the best interest of my country. If it calls for your forced removal, I will do it,” pagtatapos ni Duterte.
