Joma, UN special rapporteur, 600 iba pa, ipinapadeklarang terorista ng DOJ

TINATAYANG mahigit 600 pangalan ang isinumite ng Department of Justice (DOJ) sa Manila court para idineklarang terorista,  kabilang sina Communist Party of the hilippines (CPP) founding chairman Jose Maria Sison at ang UN special rapporteur.

 Base sa kopyang nakuha ng INQUIRER.net, isinumite ng DOJ ang listahan sa Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 19 noong Pebrero 21.

 Bukod kay Sison, kabilang sa mga isinama sa listahan ay si UN special rapporteur for the rights of indigenous people Victoria Tauli-Corpuz, na ayon sa DOJ ay miyembro ng  CPP Ilocos-Cordillera Regional Committee (ICRC).

 Kasama rin sa listahan ng pinapadeklarang terorista ang mga lider ng CPP na sina Benito at Wilma Tiamzon, at mga miyembro ng National Democratic Front (NDF) peace negotiator na sina  Luis Jalandoni, Coni Ledesma, Randall Echanis, at Rafael Baylosis, na kasalukuyang nakadetine sa Camp Bagong Diwa sa Taguig City.

 Nasa listahan din sina dating Bayan Muna Party-list Rep. Satur Ocampo, Katolikong pari na si Father Frank Fernandez, at Ilocos environmental activist Sherwin de Vera.

 Nauna nang ipinalabas ni Pangulong Duterte ng Proclamation No. 374, na nagdedeklara sa CPP at NPA bilang teroristang organisasyon.
