MAS malaki umano ang “kasalanan” ni Supreme Court Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno kumpara sa na-impeach na si CJ Renato Corona.
Ayon kay House minority leader Danilo Suarez, mas mabigat ang mga alegasyon laban kay Sereno na hindi umano naghain ng kanyang Statement of Assets Liabilities and Networth mula 1986 hanggang 2006.
“It’s a requirement if you’re a public official to submit SALN. It’s administrative but it’s a mandatory requirement. It’s not just submitting, but submitting proper SALNs,” ani Suarez.
Si Corona ay na-convict sa Senate Impeachment Court noong 2012 dahil hindi umano nito idineklara sa kanyang SALN ang kanyang foreign currency deposits.
