Pagsusuri ng Japan sa MRT sinimulan na

Nagsimula na ang diligence at system audit ng Metro Rail Transit 3 na tutukoy kung ano ang mga problema ng sistema.

    Mahigit sa 50 railway engineer at eksperto ng Japan International Cooperation Agency ang magsasagawa ng pag-aaral.     “We obviously need all the help we can get and we are very grateful that the Japanese Government answered our call for assistance to rehabilitate and restore the MRT-3 system.,” ani DoTr OIC Usec. for Railways TJ Batan.     Ang JICA ang pipili sa Mayo ng magsasagawa ng rehabilitasyon at magbibigay ng maintenance provider ng MRT.     Isang Japanese company ang nagdisenyo at nagtayo ng MRT 3 system mula 1998 hanggang 2000. Ito rin ang nag-maintain ng sistema mula 2000 hanggang 2012.     Bukod sa JICA, nagsasagawa rin ng Independent Audit and Assessment sa MRT ang TUV Rheinland, isang kompanyang ISO 17020 at ISO 17065 certified at miyembro International Federation of Inspection Agencies, sa buong sistema kasama ang 48 bagong tren na binili sa Dalian.     Nagsimula ang TUV Rheinland IAA noon Enero 3 at matatapos sa loob ng tatlong buwan.     Ngayong buwan ay magdadatingan na ang mga spare parts ng MRT kaya inaasahan na mababawasan ang aberya sa biyahe ng mga tren.
