Pia, Marlon umaming gumagamit ng petmalung ‘strategy’ sa relasyon

GINAGAMITAN nina Pia Wurtzbach at Marlon Stockinger ng “strategy” ang kanilang relasyon kaya naman habang tumatagal ay mas tumitibay daw ang kanilang samahan.
Itinanggi rin ng beauty queen-actress na muntik na silang magkahiwalay noon ng kanyang boyfriend. Ito ‘yung panahong lumabas ang balita na may anak daw na kambal ang Filipino-Swiss racing driver sa dati niyang girlfriend.
Sa panayam ng Tonight With Boy Abunda, sinabi ni Miss Universe 2015 na dumaraan din naman sila ng kanyang boyfriend sa mga challenges, like any other partners. Pero aniya, laging open ang communication nila ni Marlon kaya mas madali nilang naaayos kung anuman ang problema.
“I actually realized this for a while now, that Marlon is first and foremost my best friend before he is my boyfriend. Because he knows me so well already, he knew me when I was Miss Universe.
“When I passed on the crown which was an emotional moment for me, to my transition into coming back to the Philippines and coming back to acting. He went through all of that,” paliwanag ng dalaga.
Dugtong pa niya, “Of course he had his challenges, I had mine. He was there and then he just never gave up on me. He never left.”
Nang matanong kung muntik na ba silang mag-break noon, “Parang hindi naman. But I was strategic with our relationship in a way where kapag may issue sasabihin ko sa kanya na, ‘ganito ang gagawin natin, ha.
“Magle-lie low muna tayo. Hindi muna tayo magpo-post, hindi tayo break, iisipin ng mga tao break tayo,’ pero hindi kami break. We’re just taking a break from all the eyes and the ears,” tugon ni Pia.
Kamakailan, inamin din ng dalaga na napag-uusapan na rin nila ni Marlon ang kasal, pero hindi pa raw ito mangyayari very soon. Ayon sa Kapamilya star, lahat naman ng seryosong nakikipagrelasyon ay iyon ang gusto.
“I’m looking for somebody I can potentially have a future with,” aniya.
Para naman kay Marlon, “If you want to have the fairytale ending, you should always focus on the story you are writing right now.”

Naglabas ng official statement kahapon ang executive committee ng Metro Manila Film Festival tungkol sa paglalabas ng kinita ng walong entry ngayong taon. Ito’y para hindi raw maapektuhan ang ibang pelikula na nasa ibabang ranking.
Narito ang opisyal na stand ng komite: “The MMFF Execom, along with the producers of the festival entries plus the theater representatives have agreed not to release any actual figures and rankings so as not to create a bandwagon effect on the viewers.
“We encourage everyone to support ALL the 8 entries because we are as strong as our weakest film.
“We are very happy to say that a large part of the Filipino audiences have gone back to the theaters again this Christmas and we have exceeded even the record 1st day box office gross of MMFF 2015.
