NASA 74 na ang nasawi sa pananalasa ng bagyong Vinta sa Mindanao, habang marami pa ang nawawala, ayon sa mga opisyal Sabado.

Tumama ang bagyong Vinta sa Mindanao Biyernes ng gabi, dahilan para magkaroon ng mga flashflood at mudslide sa ilang barangay.
