Niyanig ng lindol na may lakas na magnitude 4.4 ang Cagayan kaninang umaga. Ayon sa Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology naramdaman ang lindol aals-2:50 ng umaga. Ang sentro nito ay 50 kilometro sa kanluran ng Calayan. May lalim itong anim na kilometro. Naramdaman ang Intensity I sa Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte. Walang inaasahang pinsala at aftershock sa pagyanig na ito.
