HANGGANG ngayon ay durog pa rin ang puso ng singer-actress na si Tippy Dos Santos sa pagpanaw ng inang si Happy Esquivas Dos Santos.
December 30, 2023 nang mamatay ang nanay ni Tippy ngunit hirap na hirap pa rin daw ang kanyang kalooban pati na ng buong pamilya na tanggapin ang katotohanang wala na ang kanyang ina.
Nitong nagdaang Mother’s Day, inamin din ng singer na magkahalong lungkot at pangungulila ang naramdaman niya dahil alam niyang never na niyang makakasama ang ina tuwing sasapit ang naturang okasyon.

Sa kanyang Instagram account, nag-post si Tippy ng mensahe para sa namayapang nanay kasabay nga ng pagdiriwang ng Mother’s Day.

“Waking up each day to the thought that you are no longer with us hits just as hard as it did the first day after you passed, Mom,” simulang pagbabahagi ni Tippy.
Patuloy pa niya, “I don’t really know how or when missing you gets easier, but I know it most certainly doesn’t feel easy today — on Mother’s Day.
“That one day a year when we all get the chance to shower mothers with all the praise, hugs and kisses they deserve (which honestly, should be every single day of a mother’s life),” pagbabahagi pa ng actress-singer.
Sana nga raw ay buhay pa ang kanyang nanay upang maiparamdam pa niya rito ang kanyang pagmamahal at makasama pa sa mahahalagang okasyon tulad ng Mother’s Day.

“To hold you, take another photo with you, sing with you, laugh with you, to just feel your presence. But as we know it, this is not possible anymore,” ani Tippy.

Dugtong pa niya, “I love you, Mom. Your time with us would have never been enough, yet in the short span of your life here on earth, you’ve given us enough love to last our lifetimes.

Kalakip ng IG message ni Tippy ang isang video kung saan mapapanood ang bonding nila ng ina habang kumakanta ng “For Good”, mula sa Broadway play na “Wicked” na kuha noong Mother’s Day celebration sa kasagsagan ng pandemya.
Last April 4, nagbahagi rin si Tippy ng madamdaming mensahe para sa 37th wedding anniversary ng kanyang parents.
“Mom, this ordeal has been the most difficult thing we’ve ever had to endure. My heart truly feels like it gets shredded to pieces over and over each day. Still can’t believe you’re gone. I hope you know our hearts long for you.
“I miss you. I love you. I miss you. I love you. I miss you. I love you. On repeat. Every. Second. Of. Every. Day,” saad ng singer.
Matatandaang noong December 29, ibinalita ni Tippy na nasangkot sa car accident ang kanyang inang si Happy at amang si John Dos Santos sa South Korea.
Makalipas lang ang isang araw, binawian ng buhay ang kanyang nanay habang nakaligtas naman ang tatay niya.
Sabi ng kanyang ama, “The hurt of this loss to our family is indescribable and we will miss her every single day.
“As her husband, the light of my life and the light of my world was extinguished. As for my daughters, they have lost the most caring and loving mother any child could ask for,” aniya pa.
