Arnold Clavio at Rodrigo Duterte

“‘Aniya, ‘PLEASE BE REMINDED: Always check contraptions for patient safety!

“‘Make sure the Oxygen TUBING is always connected to OXYGEN OUTLET PORT of oxygen humidifier to deliver effective O2 support and maximising resources.

“‘THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE,'” ang caption pa ni Igan.

Patuloy pa niya, “Unless this regulator has two ports and it was connected to the other one. Nonetheless, my post is just a reminder to always monitor and check our patient for their safety!”

“Hey!!!! For everyone’s preference, and just making you clear, I am not against Duterte or anyone else. When I was the Union Secretary of St. Luke’s (GC), I have direct communication to the office of the president and bring our plight as a Nurse and all #HEAlthWorkers.

“I sent several position papers to address the concerns of nurses, health workers, and Filipino people most especially during the pandemic. I was interviewed in different Media Companies as they reviewed our stand. We even organized a Media forum together with all stakeholders to see the real situation in the grounds.

“I won’t discredit how the DUTERTE Administration, passed the Bill : Bayanihan Act 1(Active Hazard Duty Pay provisions), Bayanihan Act 2 (Special Risk Allowances) and RA 11712 ( Health Emergency Allowance). He signed it into Law. We recognized him for these.

“If you, questioning my stand for my fellow health workers, I have a lot to tell. Leaders in (real) different orgs know about it. I am with them in real advocacy. We joined the Congress, Senate and more hearings.

“We stand for YOU! I devolved myself for a decade before leaving the Philippines, hoping that I will find myself the reason to stay and serve my fellow Filipinos. But it ended up nothing.

“As of now, I am enjoying and maximizing the opportunities in hand overseas, but my heart and passion is still for our countrymen. You’re still in my heart and I won’t stop fighting for YOU!”

“I am not giving up for the causes that we can join together. I am still in the negotiations on how we can bring what’s best for my fellow #kaNurse and fellow #kaHEAlthWorkers. Your fight is my fight. Your plight is my plight. YOU can join. YOU can support!!!
