Kampo ni Poe naalarma sa gulo sa Comelec

Nababahala ang kampo ni Sen. Grace Poe sa pagkakagulo ng mga lider ng Commission on Elections habang papalapit ang 2016 presidential elections.
Umaasa si Valenzuela Mayor Rex Gatchalian, tagapagsalita ni Poe at lider ng Nationalist People’s Coalition, na maaayos kaagad ang problema sa pagitan ng mga commissioner ng Comelec.
“Its alarming to see that the very institution tasked to oversee the conduct of orderly elections in disarray,” ani Gatchalian sa text message.
Sinabi ni Gatchalian na dapat ay agad na maiayos ni Comelec chairman Andres Bautista ang problema na dulot ng paghahain ni Commissioner Rowena Guanzon ng komento sa Korte Suprema na hindi nabasa ng iba pang commissioner.
Ang komento ay bunsod ng inihaing petisyon ni Poe na ipawalang-bisa ang desisyon ng Comelec na idiskuwalipika siya sa 2016 elections.
“We believe that the actions of Comm. Guanzon is wrong as she is usurping the powers reserved for the en banc. From day 1 we have been saying that certain personalities inside Comelec have political agendas against Sen. Poe,” dagdag pa ng alkalde.
Naniniwala ang kampo ni Poe na ginagamit ang ilang lider ng Comelec upang maalis si Poe sa halalan. Si Poe ay nakakukuha ng mataas na rating sa mga presidential survey.
“Chairman Bautista should unmask these personalities and make them publicly accountable. The actions of Comm. Guanzon is undermining our electoral process and endangering our very democracy,” dagdag pa ni Gatchalian.
