Nagdeklara si OFW Family Rep. Roy Seneres na tatakbo sa pagkapangulo sa 2016 elections.
At ipinagmalaki ni Seneres na kompleto ang kanyang slate mula sa pagka-bise presidente at 12 senatorial slate.
“I have the right message. Elect me as president and the contractuals who are laid off would be made permanent. That’s the law, there’s no need for a new legislation because the law has always been there,” ani Seneres.
Ayon kay Seneres nakatanggap siya ng manifest mula sa iba’t ibang peoples group na nagpapahayag ng pagsuporta sa kanya kung tatakbo sa pagkapangulo.
Sinabi ni Seneres na kanyang tutulungan ang mga contractual employee, na inaabuso umano ng mga malalaking negosyante partikular ng mga shopping malls, upang maging regular ang mga ito.
Kapag nasa Malacanang na ay maglalabas siya ng Executive Order upang parusahan ang mga negosyante kung mananatiling contractual ang mga empleyado ng mga ito.
“All employers shall be prohibited to terminate their workers every five months until they retire at the age of 65,” ani Seneres. “Don’t be surprised my dear friends if one day you would be shopping with senior citizens as sales ladies because they cannot be terminated without a just cause.”
Bukod sa mgamay 15 milyong contractual employees, hahakot din umano si Seneres ng boto mula sa overseas Filipino workers at kanilang pamilya.
