Poe pinadi-disqualify bilang senador; petisyon di naisampa, wala kasing pera

Handa na ang lahat para kuwestyunin ang kuwalipikasyon ni Sen. Grace Poe na maupo sa Senado, maliban sa isang bagay—ang P50,000 filing fee.
Miyerkules ng umaga ay pumunta ang natalong Ang Kapatiran 2013 senatorial candidate na si Rizalito David sa Senate Electoral Tribunal upang maghain ng quo warranto petition laban kay Poe.
Subalit hindi tinanggap ang reklamo dahil wala siyang P50,000 na pambayad.
“This is the cost of justice P50,000 di ko inisip ganun kalaki this is an ongoing injustice against the Filipino people,” ani David.
Sinabi ni David na maituturing na hindi natural born citizen si Poe dahil siya ay isang ‘foundling’ kaya kuwestyunable ang kanyang residency para maging senador.
“She is not qualified to continue to sit in the Senate because she materially misrepresented in her Certificate of Candidacy that she has complied with the two-year residency requirement imposed upon a candidate for the Senate,” saad ng reklamo.
Ayon pa kay David si Poe ay isang US citizen ng maging chairman ng Movie Television Review and Classification Board.
Nilinaw naman ni David na hindi niya kinukuwestyon ang pagkapanalo ni Poe kundi kung pasado ito sa kuwalipikasyon upang tumakbo.
Bukod dito ay maghahain din umano si David ng kaso sa Commission on Elections dahil sa maling impormasyon umano sa certificate of candidacy ni Poe, at sa korte dahil sa pag-upo niya sa MTRCB.
Itinanggi niya na pakawala siya ng kampo na posibleng makalaban ni Poe sa 2016 presidential elections.
Ayon kay David noong 2013 pa niya inilabas ang isyu ng kuwalipikasyon ni Poe subalit hindi umano ito nabigyan ng pansin. Natagalan umano siya bago nakakuha ng sapat na ebidensya.
