Joey walang respeto sa patay, ‘Nepal joke’ kabastusan daw

NAPIKON si Joey de Leon when he was criticized for his jokes on his Twitter account about Nepal which was recently hit by an earthquake.

“News: NEPAL Earthquake-Major! In the philippines EPAL landslide-Great!” he initially tweeted. But this one got him as his followers reacted nastily, “Sa mga nalibing sa Highest Point in the World dahil sa avalanche because of the earthquake in Nepal, May you EVEREST IN FREEZE!”

Ang daming naimbiyerna kay Joey. They felt he was insensitive at walang respeto sa mga namatay sa Nepal quake. Not one to just sit back and be quiet about this, Joey hit back at his critics and said, “Bakit ganon sa twitter pag hindi nila nakuha joke or not o hindi sila nakaisip nung entry wala ka nang kwenta? I just condoled mga bobo!”

“Sa mga ‘righteous’ dyan: Do not talk to me about respect for the dead. Kausapin nyo muna creators ng Walking Dead at mga Vampire series!” he added.

So, tinawag na bobo ni Joey ang mga bashers niya. Parang pinalabas niyang siya ang matalino, right? Anyway, one popular website which also carried the Nepal joke of Joey generated a lot of hatred for the aging comedian.

“Pero nung si korina ang nagsabi na sana yung bagyo sa japan na lang, todo post agad tong joey na to. Pero pag sa kanya, joke lang, dapat daw makuha natin na joke lang.

Kahit nung si vice ang nag joke lang todo react agad sya. Yan kasi nagmamagaling. Ggrrrr,” one guy pointed out. “If it was a joke, it wasn’t funny. Joey should just retire.

Ang corny ng jokes niya. Henyo daw pero di naman nakakatawa. Yan ang kaibahan nila ni Vic Sotto!” sarcastic na comment naman ng isa pa.

But this one nailed it, “Anong pinagsasabi nitong joey na he just condoled??? WTF! Wala naman sa mga tweets niya na nagcondole siya. Bagkus ginawa pa nga niyang butt of his jokes yung nangyari sa nepal.

“Seriously, he needs to undergo social graces & cultural sensitivity seminars. Siya ang hindi nakakaintindi ng pagbibigay sympathy & condolences! And oh please, ang corny lang ng column niya sa paper.

It’s not worth one’s time & effort to read it. Hindi nakakatawa yung mga sinusulat niyang jokes at ang lalaki pa ng font. nakakadisappoint talaga.

“You’d expect more from aN experienced comedian like him. Halatang Nagsusulat lang siya for the heck of it! What a waste of money to be paid to him for it & what a waste of space sa paper.

Sana hindi na lang siya kinuhang writer sa paper na yun kasi hindi niya talaga forte yun,” the guy added.
