“I felt you my brave little one. You were a pea, then a large raspberry, then a length of a carrot. I followed advice. Read books. I quit caffeine. Could you tell I was scared? I talked to you. Sang to you…I wasn’t ready,” mensahe ni Cristine.

But then you were here. Light bronze hair, grayish eyes. Your little voice. Instantaneously captured my heart.”

Kakayanin din daw niya ang lahat ng hirap at challenges bilang isang nanay, lalo pa’t kulang nga sa buwan si baby Amarah, “I bathed you. Fed you. I realized that I would spend my life doing things to make you happy. And then there are times I want to give up. You’ve made me rethink my sanity. You’ve made me want to fall at my mother’s feet and tell her that I get it.

“Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart. You smile and grabbed my hand with those ‘lil fingers. I loved a little girl very much even more than I loved myself.

“We’re growing together. We are seeing the world like it’s new. We will walk hand in hand. Until you let go. I made you, but you made me a mother.

“May you always know, my little one, you were wished for. Longed for. Prayed for. And wanted. You are the sparkle of my new life,” chika pa ni Cristine.
