“At first I thought ABS-CBN will be scary. It kinda was intimidating. And the girls are in competition,” ang sabi ni Isabelle sa pocket presscon na ibinigay sa kanya ng Dreamscape para sa seryeng Nathaniel.
Pero sabi ng dalaga, nabago na raw ‘yun nang magsimula na siyang magtrabaho para sa Kapamilya network, “The truth is they’re so welcoming and always willing to help,” kasabay ng pagsasabing napakalaki ng naitulong sa kanya ng ilang co-stars sa Nathaniel para mabilis na makapag-adjust.
“Like Shaina (Magdayao), she’s always willing to give advice. Si Gerald (Anderson) also, parang tinuturuan niya ako sa Dreamscape, na I have to do this and that.
“Si Paulo (Avelino) also, kasi same management kami, so he always tells me, ‘Just always do your best and nothing’s gonna stop you,’” pahayag pa ni Isabelle na gaganap bilang abogada sa Nathaniel at magiging kaagaw ni Shaina kay Gerald.
Dagdag pa ng TV host-actress, “I guess, the transition has been good. There’s always a stage of getting to know, siyempre nangangapa ako. But, I guess, I’m okay naman.”
“I think you have to take it with a grain of salt. Kung kulang sa acting, yeah, maybe it’s true, I have to adjust. Pero what I learned dito sa showbiz, you can’t have all these love without someone hate.
“There’s really gonna be some people who are bashing you or hating on you. Pero what I learned, you have to live with it and take what you can from it. And I believe, if you wannna be the best, you have to be with the best. It’s a challenge you have to take on. If not, magiging mediocre ka na lang.”
