MARIAN Something must have been challenged by her role in her forthcoming teleserye, The Rich Man’s Daughter.

Why? It’s because she’s playing a character that is not quite close to her personality. Based on reports that we read ay isang sophisticated young lady ang role niya, coming from a very rich family na na-in love sa isang girl.

Why does it pose a big challenge kay Marianita? Well, for one, she’s not comfortable in the King’s language. She made her admission publicly sa isang episode ng show ni Jessica Soho where she defended herself from bashers who keep pointing out her shortcoming – ang kanyang kahinaan sa wikang Ingles.

We feel that as a rich man’s daughter ay merong English conversation sa soap, otherwise, mawawala na ang true essence ng kanyang character. Rich girls speak in English lalo na’t most of them come from prestigious universities.

Given that, tiyak na magiging isang malaking challenge ang pagbibitaw ni Marianita ng English lines niya. Walang problema si Marian when it comes to looking sophisticated dahil carry naman niya ang maging class.

Isa pa, maganda naman siya magdala ng damit. With her new character, maidi-display na niya in great abundance ang mga designer clothes and bags niya. But her challenge remains speaking some of her lines using the King’s language.

O, baka naman magwala na naman ang bashers namin. We’re just stating a fact here. Aminado naman talaga ang idol n’yo na mahina siya sa Ingles, so there’s no point to argue. Ayaw ninyo no’n, ngayon meron nang challenging role ang idol n’yo.
