Ruffa: Ayoko sa mga lalaki ngayong 2012!

- January 27, 2012 - 02:30 PM

Malas sa love sa Year of the Dragon?

SINIGURO ni Ruffa Gutierrez na hindi muna siya mai-in love this year – as in iiwasan daw muna niya ang mga lalaki para hindi masira ang diskarte niya ngayong 2012 para sa kanyang showbiz career.

Sa contract-signing na naganap sa pagitan ni Ruffa with siblings Raymond and Richard Gutierrez at ng Viva Artist Agency ni Boss Vic del Rosario (na siyang magha-handle ng kanilang endorsement deals) last Wednesday ay buong-ningning na sinabi ng mommy nina Lorin at Venice na wala munang lovelife this year.

“Hindi, kasi a lot of the ano… a lot of the stars now, a lot of my friends are always saying, ‘Ay sana ma-in love na ako this 2012. Sana I find the right one.’

“Ako ang sinasabi ko, ‘Sana, no distractions for 2012.’ I don’t want anyone in my life. I don’t wanna fall in love.

I wanna be single, work, and be successful, which I already am,” paliwanag ng TV host-actress.

I heard that a thousand times already, Ruffa.”

Ha-hahaha!”

No. No, no, no. Hindi siya kasali sa equation.”

Pero nagkikita pa ba sila? Ano’ng nangyari sa pagde-date nila noon? “Well, the problem nga is he doesn’t live here coz he’ll be leaving the country end of this year.

So why focus on something na hindi naman pang-matagalan, di ba? I’d rather be alone than be with someone na hindi naman magtatagal.”

Ah, oo, for people, I guess, it was a storm. But for me it was nothing because I didn’t do anything so, wala ‘yun.

About her ex-husband Yilmaz Bektas, kumusta naman sila? “You know, Yilmaz and I have our moments. Sometimes, it’s winter, at hindi kami nagkakasundo. Sometimes, it’s summer and we talk as if we’re good friends.

“So, as of now, wala kaming communication and I’d like to think na we will come up with a solution to be the best parents to our kids. I think that what’s most important, na we’ll let emotions not rule us and, you know, maging maayos naman kami at maging at peace for the sake of Lorin and Venice.”
