1. Promo runs from January 23-February 6, 2012.

3. Winners will be electronically drawn on February 7, 2012 and will be notified through SMS or phone call.
4. Two (2) valid IDs, SIM number with the SMS confirmation from INQUIRER will be required as proof of identification.
5. The following restrictions shall apply:
a. The grand prize is not convertible to cash.
b. In case the winner will not be able to travel and attend the festival due to an unforeseen reason or circumstance, the winner may choose to transfer the prize to another person of his/her choice.
c. The prize is applicable only during the 17th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Festival on February 11, 2012. In case the winner cannot travel and attend the festival on that date, the prize will be forfeited.
d. The cost of the winner’s activities, trips and other incidental charges outside the promo offer shall be at the expense of the winner.
e. The winners and their partners must be in perfect health to ride the ultra-light planes. Waivers shall be required prior to the ride.
f. The Promo is open to readers 18 years old and above. Minors are disqualified from joining this promo.
