Claudine kinampihan ng korte, Raymart pinakakasuhan
Kinampihan pala ng korte si Claudine Barretto sa kasong pang-aabuso (physical abuse) na isinampa nito against her estranged husband na si Raymart Santiago.
We learned na lumabas ang resolusyon ng Marikina City Prosecutor’s Office kamakailan na nagsasabing may “probable cause” ang demanda ni Claudine laban kay Raymart, ito nga ang paglabag sa R.A. 9262 o Violence Against Women and their Children (VAWC) Act.
According to Claudine’s legal counsel Atty. Ferdinand Topacio probable cause was found to file two counts of physical abuse under R.A. 9262.
Sa pagkakaalam ko, kailangang magpiyansa si Raymart ng P100,000 hanggang P300,000 para sa nasabing kaso. Wala pang official statement ang aktor tungkol dito dahil hindi pa raw nila natatanggap ang inilabas na resolusyon.
Recently, si Claudine naman ang nagpiyansa para sa kasong robbery na isinampa ng mga dati niyang kasambahay na inakusahan niya ng pagnanakaw.
