Magbabalik big screen para sa huling kwento ang pelikulang “Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy” kung saan tampok ang paboritong romantic-comedy icon na si Bridget Jones.

Ang karakter ay muling gagampanan ni Renée Zellweger.

Mapapanood sa pasilip ng pelikula na muli niyang bibigyan ng kulay ang kanyang buhay matapos ang malungkot na pagpanaw ng kanyang asawang si Mark Darcy.

“Bridget Jones (Renée Zellweger) navigates life as a widow and single mom with the help of her family, friends, and former lover, Daniel (Hugh Grant). Back to work and on the apps, she’s pursued by a younger man and maybe – just maybe – her son’s science teacher (Leo Woodall),” saad sa synopsis ng Universal Pictures.

Kasama rin sa pelikula sina Hugh Grant, Emma Thompson, Leo Woodall, Chiwetel Ejiofor, at Isla Fisher.

The Room Next Door

Ipapalabas sa Pilipinas ang award-winning drama film na “The Room Next Door” mula sa direksyon ni Pedro Almodóvar.

Ang mga bida riyan ay sina Tilda Swinton at Julianne Moore.

Para sa kaalaman ng marami, ito ay nagwagi ng Golden Lion award sa Venice International Film Festival, pati na rin ng Best Director sa Feroz Awards sa Spain.

“Ingrid (Julianne Moore) and Martha (Tilda Swinton) were close friends in their youth, when they worked together at the same magazine. Ingrid went on to become an autofiction novelist while Martha became a war reporter, and they were separated by the circumstances of life. After years of being out of touch, they meet again in an extreme but strangely sweet situation,” kwento ng Warner Bros. Pictures sa isang press release.

Ang “The Room Next Door” ay mapapanood sa February 19, exclusively sa Ayala Malls Cinemas.

Nosferatu

Humandang kilabutan sa pelikulang “Nosferatu” na ipapalabas sa mga sinehan sa darating na February 26.

Ito ay ang reimagined classic ng 1922 vampire film ng kaparehong titulo ng film director na si Robert Eggers.

Ang mga tampok sa horror movie ay sina Bill Skarsgård, Nicolas Hoult, Lily Rose-Depp, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Emma Corrin, Ralph Ineson, Simon McBurney, at Willem Dafoe.

“Nosferatu is a tale of obsession between a haunted young woman, Ellen (Lily Rose-Depp), and the vampire Nosferatu (Bill Skarsgård). He becomes infatuated with her, causing untold horror in his wake.”
