NAGPASABOG ng good vibes at kilig si Sen. Sherwin “Win” Gatchalian at ang girlfriend nitong si Bianca Manalo dahil sa kanilang viral kissing photo.
Nag-explain ang magdyowa sa ipinost na litrato ng Secretary of Education na si Sonny Angara kung saan makikita ngang naghalikan sila sa loob mismo ng Senado.
Nakunan ito habang nagde-deliver ng speech si Sec. Angara tungkol sa co-sponsorship of Senate Resolution 1094 by Senators Loren Legarda and Pia Cayetano.

Ang naturang resolusyon ay para mapasalamatan at bigyang pagkilala si Sonny Angara “for his invaluable contributions to the Senate and to the nation as a Senator of the Republic of the Philippines.”
Ngunit sa litrato ngang ibinahagi ng Kalihim ng Edukasyon ay mas napansin ng mga netizens ang eksena kung saan hinalika ni Sen. Win si Bianca sa lips.

“Madami palang na enganyo sa huling talumpati ko sa Senado — I was told I bring people together (emojis),” ang caption na inilagay ng senador sa kanyang IG post.
Sa comments section, nagbigay ng mensahe at paliwanag sina Win at Bianca na walang kamalay-malay na pinagpipiyestahan na pala ang kanilang kissing scene sa Senado.
“Hahaha! Bagsak kami sa good manners and right conduct Mr. Secretary. (laughing with tears emoji).
“I didn’t see the camera was focused to the back. (laughing with tears emoji),” ang pahayag ng senador.

Samantala, ni-repost naman ni Bianca sa kanyang Instagram page ang viral kissing photo nila ni Win kalakip ang iba pa niyang litrato sa loob ng Senado.

Ang paliwanag ng aktres at dating beauty queen, “First time to visit @stgatchalian74 at the Senate floor today.
“They were saying their thank yous and goodbyes to Senator, now our DepEd Secretary @sonnyangara.
“I had to leave already, because I have a play to watch at the GSIS theater, which is behind the Senate building. We kissed goodbye.
“We didn’t know we will be seen on the monitor while Secretary Sonny was having his goodbye speech. (it’s the last photo) iiiiiiiiiiiiiih (emoji),” sabi pa ni Bianca.
Nag-reply din si Sonny sa post ni Bianca, “Tamis tamis! (ants emoji).” Tugon naman ng aktres, “Oh my gosh, sorry Secretary Sonny (emoji).”
Sinagot uli siya ng Secretary ng DepEd, “Haha don’t be!” na sinamahan pa niya ng hashtag #ManaloWin.
Matatandaang nasangkot si Bianca sa kontrobersyang nagli-link sa kanila ng Kapuso actor na si Rob Gomez na nakasama niya noon sa GMA afternoon series na “Magandang Dilag” with Herlene Budol.
Itinanggi ni Bianca na may relasyon sila ni Rob, “Let me clear all the false rumors circulating on the internet. Rob Gomez and I are friends and co-workers.
“He was going to bring the Christmas gifts and I wanted to receive them early before I leave for the airport.
“It is upsetting that our conversations were exposed without my consent, which is a breach of privacy and the cause of so much online bashing.
“It is obvious that parts of our conversation were deleted to create malicious insinuations.
“To be honest, this unfounded accusation is hurting me and my loved ones.
“Let this controversy end so I can enjoy the rest of my time in Japan with my family. Let us spread love and the truth this holiday season. Merry Christmas, everyone,” aniya pa.
