MATANDANG kasabihan na kapag hitik sa bunga ang puno ay binabato. Ganito ang nangyayari ngayon sa P-pop group na BGYO at BINI na ginagawan ng tsismis dahil sa kanilang kasikatan.
Ayaw naming isipin na baka ang mga gumagawa ng hindi maganda sa nabanggit na artists ng ABS-CBN at Star Magic ay supporters ng ibang grupo para iangat ang kanilang idolo?

Anyway, nabahala ang talent management ng BGYO at BINI na pawang malisyoso ang mga pino-post a social media ng kanilang haters kaya’t hiningi na nila ang tulong ng abogadang si Atty. Joji V. Alonso at naglabas na agad ng official statement.
Ipinost ni Atty. Joji ang warning niya sa bashers ng BGYO at BINI.
“BGYO, BINI and it’s respective members have been the subject of malicious attacks designed to seriously hurt and damage their reputation. These continuous reckless posting and sharing of harmfull, negative, and false accusations are violative of cyberbullying and anti-libel laws.
“With the prevalence of social media and digital platforms where content shared become permanent for public’s consumption, we ask the netizens to be responsible in posting and spreading hurtful content. It is everyone’s duty to create a safe online environment, rather than be the first to commit criminal acts.

“The past months have been a painful experience for BGYO and BINI’s members as they learn the value of personal accountability. Both groups have gained the courage to stand=up against online bullies.
“BGYO and BINI’s management will take legal action against these emboidened bashers who circulate unfounded rumors.
“Appropriate government agencies and private service providers have been tapped to gather evidence and hold these perpetrators accountable for their unlawful behavior. Filing of criminal cases will be set in motion.

Bukas, Miyerkoles ang meeting nina Atty. Joji at ng Star Magic tungkol sa isyung ito at isa sa mga araw na ito ay magpa-file na ang legal counsel ng dalawang grupo sa Justice Hall ng Quezon City.
