NAPAKARAMI na ring pinagdaanang pagsubok at problema nina Heart Evangelista at Sen. Chiz Escudero bilang mag-asawa.
Aminado ang Kapuso actress, tulad ng mga ordinaryong married couples, nagkakaroon din sila ng hindi pagkakaunawaan at issues sa kanilang relasyon.
Naniniwala si Heart na naging big factor sa pagsasama nila as husband and wife kanilang age gap – 39 si Heart at 54 naman si Chiz. Sa pagsisimula ng kanilang married life ay halos si Chiz daw lagi ang nasusunod.

Sa isang event last Thursday, February 8, kung saan ininterbyu ni Boy Abunda ang aktres, isa sa mga natanong sa kanya ay, “When do you guys know when to listen and when to speak?”
Sagot ni Heart, “I used to be very mute before because I trust him a lot. Before I would just listen to him until I kinda grew up as well. I was 30 when I married him.
“But we’re ever changing. We’re ever evolving. So there was a time we kinda clashed.
“I saw this thing on Instagram, it says, ‘Why do people scream at each other? It’s because even if they’re so close to each other, they can’t hear each other.’ So, I think there was a time it was like that,” paliwanag ng Kapuso star.

Pero aniya, dumating din yung araw na, “I found my voice. I think I went over and beyond a little bit. But now, there are a lot of things that happen in a marriage that when he needs to speak, I listen. And when I need to speak, he listens.
“There’s no more debate kasi he’s a lawyer. Hindi ka talaga mananalo. Before, walkout talaga ako.
“Now he listens, and I love it because we understand each other,” aniya pa.
Natutuwa rin daw siya kay Chiz dahil nag-e-effort na raw ito ngayon na pasukin ang kanyang mundo, partikular na ang fashion world.
“He goes to Fashion Week. Who would have thought he’d go to Fashion Week? He learned how to take pictures. Before, pag pinipiktyuran niya ako, mga in between shots, nakapikit.
“Now, it’s, like, he studied it. It’s so nice because I feel like I’ve also bloomed as a person when he was supportive as well,” sey pa ni Heart.
Nabanggit din ng aktres na talagang nagsa-shopping na siya para kay Chiz, including luxury brands, “I do buy clothes for him. He loves Zara. I love Zara, too.
“Pero first time niya nagsuot ng YSL. Sabi niya, ‘Parang ang laki ng katawan ko dito, Love.’ ‘Sabi ko sa yo!’ Yun ang lagi ko prize, gift sa kanya. I’ll always give him a set na suit whenever he’s with me at Fashion Week.
“Ang gift naman siya sa akin, nag-iiwan siya ng mga nakaluto na sardines na naka-glass jar para meron kaming kakainin for the next how many days when he leaves us. May kaldereta and everything,” kuwento pa ni Heart.
