‘Riverdale’ star Lili Reinhart na-diagnose ng ‘alopecia’ dahil sa depresyon

IBINUNYAG ng Hollywood star na si Lili Reinhart na na-diagnose siya ng “alopecia” o hair loss.

Sa kanyang TikTok account, ibinandera ni Lili ang isang video na tila sumasailalim sa isang treatment para sa nasabing kondisyon.

Ayon sa kanya, nag-trigger ang alopecia dahil sa nararanasan niyang depresyon.

“Was just diagnosed with alopecia in the midst of a major depressive episode,” sey ng “Riverdale” star.

Caption pa niya sa post, “Red light therapy is my new best friend,” kalakip ang hashtags na “alopecia” at “mental health.”

Sa comment section, maraming fans ang naka-relate sa aktres at nagbahagi rin ng kanilang experiencs sa pagkakaroon ng nasabing skin condition.

Taong 2021 nang unang mag-open up si Lili patungkol sa nararanasan niyang depresyon.

“Some days I feel really defeated by my depression. It’s an exhausting battle that I’ve been fighting for 11 years,” wika niya sa dating Instagram post.

Ayon sa National Alopecia Areata Foundation, ang alopecia ay isang “surprisingly common disease” na nagreresulta sa pagkawala ng buhok sa mukha, katawan at anit.

Hindi bababa sa anim na milyong katao ang mayroon nito sa United States.
