NAGSALITA na ang American singer-songwriter na si Ariana Grande tungkol sa biglang pagpayat ng kanyang katawan dahilan para mag-alala ang kanyang mga tagasuporta.
Ikinagulat kasi ng mga netizens ang pagbagsak ng kanyang timbang base na rin sa nakita nilang litrato na kuha noong um-attend siya last week sa concert ng kanyang Wicked co-star na si Jeff Goldblum sa London.
Maraming nabahala sa itsura ni Ariana at inisip nga na baka raw meron itong matinding pinagdaraanan kaya biglang namayat nang todo. Ibang-iba na raw kasi ang itsura ng American pop star.

Kahapon, April 12, naglabas si Ariana ng video sa TikTok at sinagot ang kanyang mga fans at ang mga netizens na nag-iisip ng kung anu-ano tungkol sa kanyang hitsura at katawan.

Nagpaalala pa siya sa lahat ng mga taong mahilig magkomento sa itsura ng ibang tao na nakikita lamang nila sa social media na maging maingat dahil hindi nila alam kung ano ba talaga ang nangyayari at pinagdaraanan nito.
“I think we should be gentler and less comfortable in commenting on people’s bodies no matter what.
“If you think you’re saying something good or well-intentioned, whatever it is — healthy, unhealthy, big, small, this, that, sexy, not sexy — we should really work towards not doing that as much,” ang punto pa ng singer-songwriter.
“There are ways to compliment someone or to ignore something that you see that you don’t like. I think we should help each other work towards. Just aim towards being safer and keeping each other safer.
“There are many different kinds of beautiful. There are many different ways to look healthy and beautiful,” ang mensahe pa ni Ariana.

May sagot din siya sa mga taong nagkukumpara sa katawan niya noon at sa ngayon, “I know personally, for me, the body that you’ve been comparing my current body to was the unhealthiest version of my body.
“I was on a lot of antidepressants and drinking on them and eating poorly, and at the lowest point of my life when I looked the way you consider my healthy, but that in fact, wasn’t my healthy.
“I know shouldn’t have to explain that, but I do feel like maybe having an openness and some sort of vulnerability here will be something like good might come from it. Healthy can look different,” mariin pa niyang paglilinaw.
Dagdag pang advice ni Ariana sa lahat, “You never know what someone is going through, so even if you are coming from a loving and caring place, that person probably is working on it or has a support system that they are working on it with.
“You never know, so be gentle with each other and with yourselves.
“I just wanted to extend some love your way and tell you that you’re beautiful, no matter what phase you’re in.
“Sending you guys a lot of love. And I think you’re beautiful no matter what you’re going through.
“No matter what weight, no matter how you like to do your makeup these days. No matter what cosmetic procedures you’ve had or not.
