BTS Suga bagong ‘global ambassador’ ng NBA

BUKOD sa music and entertainment, pinasok na rin ni Suga, ang isa sa miyembro ng K-Pop sensation na BTS, ang mundo ng basketball.
Siya kasi ang bagong “Global Ambassador” ng NBA!
Mismong si Suga ang nag-anunsyo ng masayang balita sa pamamagitan ng uploaded video sa social media.
Ayon sa kanya, isang karangalan na mapili sa nasabing titulo dahil bata pa lang daw siya ay isa na siyang basketball fan.
“Hi, I am Suga of BTS. I am proud to announce that I’ve become an NBA Ambassador,” sey niya sa video.
Dagdag pa niya, It is personally a great honor as I have loved basketball since I was young.”

Naglabas din ng official statement ang NBA at sinabing ang partnership ay para sa natitirang season ngayong taon at magpapatuloy din sa mga proyekto ni Suga.
“As an NBA Ambassador, SUGA will engage NBA fans around the world through the remainder of the 2022-23 NBA season and beyond,” sey sa pahayag.
Saad pa, “SUGA, an avid NBA fan, will participate in several league initiatives that will be featured on the NBA’s and his personal social media channels, including attending NBA games and events in the U.S. and Asia, and participating in the league’s promotional activities.”
“Additionally, the NBA will have a presence throughout SUGA’s first solo world tour, collaborating around select concerts in celebration of the release of SUGA’s debut solo album, D-DAY,” patuloy pang nakalahad sa pahayag.
Sinabi rin ni Suga base sa statement ng NBA na dream come true para sa kanya ang maging ambassador ng isang professional basketball league.
“Music and basketball have been shared passions of mine since my youth, and it’s a dream to be named an NBA Ambassador,” sey ni Suga.
Aniya pa, “I’m excited to formalize my relationship with the NBA, and I can’t wait to share some exciting collaborations I have planned with the league over the coming months.”
Magugunitang ilang beses nang spotted si Suga na sinusubaybayan ang mga pangyayari sa NBA.
Matatandaan noong September 2022 nang makipagkita siya sa Golden State Warriors habang nagpa-practice match ang mga players sa Japan.
Nitong Enero naman ay naging present siya sa naging laro ng Los Angeles Clippers.
