Heart na-’pressure’ na magkaroon ng baby; thankful kay Chiz na laging nandyan para sa kanya

INAMIN ng fashion icon at influencer na si Heart Evangelista na naranasan din niyang ma-pressure na magkaroon ng baby sa mister na si Chiz Escudero.
Sa isang exclusive interview with Mega Magazine, ibinahagi mismo ni Heart kung paano niya nabago sa kanyang buhay na hindi maapektuhan sa tinatawag na “pamantayan” ng isang lipunan pagdating sa buhay asawa.
Halos walong taon nang kasal si Heart kay Chiz ngunit wala pa silang anak.
Pero kasundo naman ng fashion icon ang dalawang anak ng senador sa una niyang asawa.
“I think it was a lot about being pressured to have a baby. It was not necessarily from certain people,” sey ni Heart.
Sabi pa ng influencer, tuluyang nagbago ang kanyang buhay mula nang magka-asawa.
Patuloy niya, “It was really like a shift in my life: the pressures of being a wife, the pressures of being a certain mold, and I just wanted to get rid of that.
“And I did, by doing what I felt like doing. And if people don’t get it, then they don’t get it.”
Nag-open up din si Heart tungkol sa kanilang dalawa ni Chiz na ayon pa sa kanya ay laging nandyan sa mga pagsubok na pinagdadaanan niya.
Hindi na inisa-isa ng fashion icon kung ano-ano ang mga ito, pero sabi niya, “I went through a stage where I went under fire.
“I had to pass through fire and not a lot of people could pass through that fire with me.”
Dagdag pa niya, “That’s why I’m very appreciative of my husband, my friends, because they were really there for me when we needed to go through a certain time in my life. It was painful, but it was good.”
Nabanggit pa niya kung gaano siya nagpapasalamat sa kanyang mister.
Saad ni Heart sa panayam, “I don’t want to be a hostage of anything and anyone. And I’m just very appreciative of my husband for seeing that.”
“I think, in a way, maybe he was afraid for me, that I would be hurt by the world, or the letdowns, or people doing things to me, because he knew that I had such a gentle heart, and he thought I wouldn’t survive a heartbreak. But I can survive anything,” lahad niya.
Taong 2015 nang ikinasal sina Heart at Chiz sa Balesin Resort.
Pero bago ‘yan, nagsimula ang love story ng dalawa noong 2012 nang ipakilala sa isa’t-isa ng yumaong senador na si Miriam Defensor Santiago.
