Sey sa isang Twitter post, “What happens after the virus mutates to kill humans, animals and crops? After the planet is ravaged by climate disaster? That’s where ‘The Deal’ starts.”

Chika niya sa Tweet, “I can’t quite believe I’m sitting at home on a Friday night watching a movie I conceived of, produced, and acted in.

“A love song to my mother.

“Five years in the making.

“What a surreal feeling.”

“The Deal,” directed by Hungarian filmmaker Orsi Nagypal, premiered last September and is available for streaming on American streaming service The Roku Channel.
