ISANG buwan makalipas ang pagpanaw ng award-winning at movie icon na si Cherie Gil, isang love letter ang ibinahagi ni Bianca Rogoff para sa kanyang pinakamamahal na ina.
August 5, 2022 nang mamaalam ang tinaguriang “La Primera Contravida,” matapos makipaglaban sa sakit na cancer. Na-diagnose siya ng isang “endometrial cancer” noong October, 2021.
Idinaan ni Bianca sa kanyang Instagram account ang mensaheng nais niyang ipaabot sa namayapang nanay.

“I felt you today, guiding me with your lightness; easing my heart into love and compassion and straying away from negative thoughts. Thank you,” ang simulang pagbabahagi ni Bianca.

“I felt you in the sun. It didn’t rain, which felt rare. then in the laughter of my cousin as we sat sharing a juice. I could feel you and her dad, my uncle, smiling at us. It’s amazing how far we’ve come.
“I feel you now as I write this – with a few tears coming down my face as the American couple next to me laughs while doing a puzzle.
“I think of your adventurous spirit – your laugh, asking ‘what’s the plan, Eigenmann!’ and saying ‘aaalright” when you were excited about what we came up with. wanting us to live life with joy and not taking things too seriously,” pagpapatuloy ng dalaga.
At sa kabila nga raw ng kanilang pagluluksa at sa sakit na nararamdaman, iniisip na lamang niya na maligaya na ang ina saan man ito naroroon ngayon.
“It comes in waves but what puts me at ease is knowing the ease you’re feeling now that you are finally free – the true bohemian you always wanted to be.
“Before you passed you told me to go, and so I’m going. with and for you. I love you I love you I love you,” mensahe pa ni Bianca.
Pinusuan ng kanyang IG followers (na karamihan ay nagsabing naiyak sila sa love letter ni Bianca) ang ipinost na mensahe para kay Cherie Gil, isa na rito ang pinsan niyang actress-vlogger na si Andi Eigenmann.
Si Andi ay anak ng kapatid ni Cherie na si Mark Gil na pumanaw naman noong 2014 dahil sa liver cancer.
Anak naman ni Cherie si Bianca at ang kapatid nitong si Raphael sa Israeli violinist na si Rony Rogoff. May anak din ang namayapang aktres sa dati niyang karelasyong aktor na si Leo Martinez – si Jay Eigenmann.
