Donnalyn pinuri si Associate Justice Leonen: Please stop spreading hate against the man
MUKHANG maayos na ang lahat sa pagitan ng social media influencer na si Donnalyn Bartolome at Supreme Court Associate Justice Marivic Leonen.
Nitong Linggo, August 21, nag-post ang dalaga sa kanyang Facebook account na may kinalaman sa naging isyu sa pagitan nila.
“Today I was given the gift of peace. Supreme Court Justice Marvic Leonen deleted his tweet regarding my Kanto celebration and I appreciate it,” saad ni Donnalyn.
Para sa kanya, magandang example daw ito para sa mga taong may mataas na posisyon sa gobyerno na walang pag-aatubiling bawiin ang kritisismo ibinigay sa isang tao.
Kaya naman may pakiusap si Donnalyn sa lahat ng mga tagasuporta at mga netizens na patuloy ang pambabatikos kay Justice Leonen.
“Please stop spreading hate against the man. It takes a big, kind-hearted person especially in his position, to take back or retract something he said because of the power they hold,” pagpapatuloy pa niya.
Pag-amin ni Donnalyn, hindi rin siya naging proud sa kanyang sagot laban sa Associate Justice kahit na bukas naman talaga siya sa mga kritisismo lalo na at isa siyang artista.
Nagpasalamat naman ang dalaga rito.
“Thank you SC Justice Marvic Leonen. You have my respect, Sir. Wishing everyone peace today and the rest of our tomorrows. Don’t let the world change your heart, let your heart change the world,” hirit pa ni Donnalyn.
Matatandaang nag-tweet noon si Associate Justice Leonen noong August 17 patungkol sa “lavish kanto-themed party” at kahit na walang binanggit na pangalan ay maraming sa mga netizens ang agad na naka-gets kung para kanino nga ba ang kanyang tweet.
“Instead of pretending to be poor through a lavish kanto themed party, why not understand what it is to be poor and find ways and means to assist.

“To be poor is not something to celebrate by the rich. It is insensitive. Just saying,” saad ng mahistrado.
Nakarating naman ito kay Donnalyn at agad na bumwelta kay Justice Leonen.
“@marvicleonen That Kanto Birthday party is my history! How unprofessional of you to not gather enough facts before judging,” saad ng dalaga sa kanyang tweet.
Dagdag pa niya, “You are a Supreme Court Justice Associate, Sir! I provided proof even sa vlog na dati pa akong ganun so sino kayo para pagbawalan ako sa dati kong gawi?”
