DOOH PH nag-sorry sa direktor ng ‘The Kingmaker’ ukol sa giant billboard ni Imelda Marcos

HUMINGI ng paumanhin ang Digital Out-of-Home Philippines o DOOH PH sa director at filmmaker na si Lauren Greefield matapos gamitin ng ahensya ang larawan nito nang walang pahintulot para giant billboard ni Imelda Marcos na kasalukuyang nagdiriwang ng kaarawan ngayong araw, July 2.

Ang naturang larawan kung saan nakasuot ng pulang gown ang ina ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos ay mula sa poster ng 2019 documentary film na “The Kingmaker” na siyang ginawa ni Lauren Greenfield.

Kaninang hapon ay mabilis na nag-viral ang larawan ng giant billboard na talaga namang agaw-pansin sa EDSA dahil bukod sa laki nito ay may mali rin sa pagbati nito sa dating First Lady.

Agad na nakarating ang balita sa direktor kaya naman tinawag niya agad ang pansin ng mga tao sa likod ng giant billboard.

“Clearly, whoever stole my image to wish Imelda Happy Birthday doesn’t understand copyright infringement,” saad ni Lauren.

“If anyone knows who owns the billboard and the building involved, please dm [direct message] me and @mattshonfeld @instituteartist,” dagdag pa niya.

At nitong gabi lang ay naglabas ng pahayag ang DOOH PH at humingi ng tawad ukol sa “The Kingmaker” director hinggil sa ginawa nilang paggamit ng larawan.
