Maxene Magalona

Sabi ng aktres sa caption, “Just passing by your timelines to remind you that you can never run away from yourself.

“As you grow older, you have to face and deal with whatever is happening inside of you because no one, not even your parents, can do this for you but you.

“No amount of unhealthy distractions such as alcohol, drugs, parties, sex, porn, social media, junk food, shopping and gossiping can save you from your inner demons. One way or another, your traumas, pain, toxic traits and habits will catch up with you and possibly take control of you unless you decide to get your life together and start working hard on becoming a better version of yourself,” simulang pagbabahagi ng anak ng yumaong master rapper na si Francis Magalona.

Patuloy pa niyang paalala, “You can, however, go for a run everyday to be able to stay fit, release negative energy and train yourself to be mentally and emotionally strong. This is one of the things that I do to be able to naturally heal and align myself.

“Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end.

“So I concluded there is nothing better than to be happy and enjoy ourselves as long as we can. And people should eat and drink and enjoy the fruits of their labor, for these are gifts from God. — Ecclesiastes 3:11-13,'” pahayag ni Maxene.

Sa isa pa niyang inspiring post, ito naman ang kanyang mensahe sa madlang pipol, “Sundays are for surrendering. Taking it slow, sitting back and just enjoying the hard work that has been done during the whole week. And by work, I don’t just mean professionally but also spiritually.

“We are here to do our service to God and the world wholeheartedly and sincerely. No negativity, no stress, no complaints. When we do the work that God puts before us with diligence and grace, He will bless and reward our efforts.
