PUMANAW na si Tarlac 1st District Rep. Carlos “Charlie” Cojuangco. Siya ay 58 years old.

“It is with a heavy heart that we regret to inform you that my husband, Claudia and Jaime’s father, Carlos ‘Charlie’ Cojuangco, has passed away,” ang bahagi ng mensahe ng asawa ng congressman na sj China Jocson sa kanyang Facebook post.

“Details of the wake and interment to follow. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers through this difficult time. -China, Claudia and Jaime,” aniya pa.

Last October, 2021 lamang ikinasal ang dalawa.

We feel at peace knowing that he can rest now.

“We would like to memorialize him by celebrating his wonderful life at The Heritage Memorial Park from Wednesday to Friday, Feb 23 to 25, at 9am to midnight, and in Tarlac on Saturday Feb 26 at 10am to midnight,” ang sabi pa ng pamilya ng kongresista.

Naging chair ng House Committee on Flagship Programs and Projects ay vice-chair person of the Committee on Appropriations si Rep. Charlie.

Bukod dito, naging miyembro rin siya ng House panels on Bases Conversion, Information and Communication Technology, Inter-Parliamentary Relations and Diplomacy, Public Works and Highways and Transportation.
