Love ko talaga si Alexa, I’ll always treasure her! — KD Estrada
KD Estrada at Alexa Ilacad
NAGBUKAS ng kanyang puso ang Kapamilya youngstar at dating “Pinoy Big Brother” season 10 celebrity housemate na si KD Estrada tungkol sa tunay niyang nararamdaman para kay Alexa Ilacad.
Diretsahang sinabi ng binata na iba na ang level ng espesyal na pagkakaibigan nila ng aktres matapos ang halos dalawang buwan nilang pagiging housemate sa Bahay ni Kuya.
Naging close ang dalawa nang maging open sa isa’t isa tungkol sa mga pinagdaraanan nilang mental health issues — si KD ay inaatake ng depression at anxiety habang umamin naman si Alexa sa pinagdaanang major depressive disorder dulot ng body dysmorphia.
“It feels like nothing changed with me and her. She became one of my first friends inside the house talaga, because I opened up to her about how I was feeling and, it turns out, she was also going through similar stuff.
“Magka-wavelength kami, in the sense na even if we don’t talk, like we’re just looking at the stars, it’s not awkward. It’s just nice having that kind of person,” pahayag ni KD sa panayam ng ABS-CBN.
Sang-ayon din ang binata sa sinabi ni Alexa sa panayam nito mas okay na sabay silang na-evict sa “PBB” noong Dec. 26 kung saan nagkaroon nga ng double eviction night.
“It’s nice na both of us got evicted (nang sabay). We’re already a team inside the house, we’re already a duo. If either one of us were gone, and of us stayed inside the house, it would feel incomplete. At least I got to leave with someone dear to me,” ani KD.

Pahayag pa niya sa nasabing panayam, “I’ll always treasure what me and Lex have. I’ll always treasure Lex.
“That’s what healthy about me and Lex, we feed off each other. We have each other as each other’s support. We are each other’s support system. We can do well on our own, but we’re stronger together.”
Dagdag pa ng youngstar, “It’s just so nice having that kind of person in life — someone you can always rely on, someone who you know will always be there for you no matter what happens, no matter who comes and goes in your life.”
Noong nagsisimula pa lang ang kanilang “PBB” journey, “ate” ang tawag ni KD kay Alexa ngunit nang tumagal na ay first name basis na sila hanggang sa maging “sweetie” at “baby” na ang kanilang terms of endearment.
Paliwanag pa niya nang tanungin kung bakit ganu’n din ang tawag niya sa mga kapwa housemates lalo na kina Shanaia Gomez at Samantha Bernardo.
“Lex is a special case. With Lex, it’s more special, because that’s what I actually and genuinely feel, kasi love ko talaga si Alexa. She’s always been there,” aniya.
