Sharon inaming si Rowell Santiago ang tunay na ‘TOTGA’: I can never live without this boy in my life

INAMIN ni Megastar Sharon Cuneta sa madlang pipol na ang maituturing niyang tunay na TOTGA o “the one that got away” ay ang dati niyang boyfriend na si Rowell Santiago.
Isa si Rowell sa mga naging ka-loveteam noon ni Sharon sa mga pelikula na eventually ay naging karelasyon niya — pinagtagpo nga sila ngunit hindi itinadhana.
Sa kanyang Instagram account, nag-post si Mega ng throwback picture nila together ng actor-director kalakip ang isang sweet message.
“I can live without most everyone else (*including any other ex!) outside of my family, but I can never live without this boy in my life.
“One of my bestest friends, TV show and concert director, leading man. Always the lovest. Like Kiko (her husband), his heart is so pure. So decent. A true gentleman. Truly TOTGA,” ang pahayag pa ng OPM at movie icon.
Kung matatandaan, sumikat ang tambalan nina Sharon at Rowell noong 1980s at isa nga sa pinakasikat na pelikulang nagawa nila ay ang “Cross My Heart” na ipinalabas taong 1982.
Nagsimulang mag-date ang dalawa noong maghiwalay sina Mega at Gabby Concepcion bilang mag-asawa.
“Rowell Santiago was the only one whose heart I broke and didn’t deserve it.
“My heart wanted only Gabby. My fault and I have been atoning to Rowell who is my good friend and often concert and TV show director nowadays and before din.
“He is a La Salle grad from a respected and decent family (known them since childhood). He is one of the best quality human beings I know,” ang pahayag pa noon ni Shawie sa isang panayam.
Hindi nga nagkatuluyan ang dalawa hanggang sa ikasal na si Sharon kay Sen. Kiko Pangilinan. Halos 25 years na silang nagsasama as married couple at biniyayaan din ng tatlong anak — sina Frankie, Miel at Miguel.

Samantala, makalipas naman ang tatlong dekada, muling nagkasama sina Sharon at Rowell sa hit Kapamilya series na “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” na pinagbibidahan ni Coco Martin.
Gumaganap si Mega bilang si Aurora, ang anak ni Don Ignacio Guillermo na ginagampanan naman ng veteran actor na si Tommy Abuel, na may konek naman sa karakter ni Rowell.
